Carrie Williams has been in real estate since 2000, working her way up from assistant to manager to mortgage banker, acquiring a very strong knowledge of all products. A large percentage of her clients are military families, and with both her husband and brother in the Navy, she is very familiar with their specific needs.

Carrie Williams has the distinctive perspective that every buyer is unique in how they learn. “Some like to read, some like to discuss, some like to research on their own. I try to understand how they would like to learn about the process and make sure I am meeting their needs. In this day and age of technology, it’s still important to have face time. It strengthens trust.”
Carrie says, ”I really do put client needs above everything else, give them the best alternatives, and make sure they have the opportunity to review all their potential options. I tell clients, ‘Here’s what you can qualify for on paper but here’s what I think you would feel most comfortable with’.”
Carrie is very involved in community activities. Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters (CHKD) is especially close to her heart. In addition, she is active with Girls on the Run, a group that mentors elementary-age girls to develop self-esteem and coaches them through a 5K race.

About Rachel McClainAs a military spouse, my family and I have had to relocate many times, and I know how difficult and stressful the process can be.
